Introduction
A waterfront home in Nettor for a family of four, parents and two teenagers. The plan is staggered parallel to the lake so that almost every room can see the water, and a three-level pitched roof brings soft north light deep into the section. The composition balances openness toward the backwaters with quieter zones for privacy and work.

The Idea
Three roofs, three privacies. The mass steps back from the water in plan, opening living and dining to the lake while folding more intimate rooms behind. The sloping roof is read both inside and out: outside as a tropical silhouette, inside as a clerestory that draws north light across the depth of the house.
