Introduction
A 76-bed multispeciality hospital at Ezhukone, organised as a compact cubic mass whose interior is excavated rather than extruded. Courts and lightwells carved into the volume so that wards, theatres and clinics remain in reach of daylight and cross-ventilation. The plan responds to a constrained site by stacking efficiency above expression, and lets the section do the human work.

The Idea
Density was the brief. The cube began whole, then was eroded by strategic subtractions that open light and air into the deep plan. The building keeps a tight street footprint while interior life loosens at each floor, threading wards, theatres and circulation around two planted voids.
